Free delivery on orders £30 and above!

Delivery – Cost

Standard delivery for orders under £9.99 is £1.50, £10 – £29.99 is £2.50 and anything over £30 is free! - Dispatched via Royal Mail.

Express delivery is £6.00. If ordered before 1pm we will dispatch the same day. This means you’ll get your order in your hands quick sharp.

We aim to post all orders within 24hrs.
Please contact us with any urgent or specific instructions – we are happy to help where we can.

Delivery – Times

Standard delivery – 2 – 5 working days.

Express delivery – Next day if ordered before 12pm, Monday – Friday.

Wheels – We aim to get these out to you within a week.

Complete bikes standard delivery – 3 -5 working days (peak seasons i.e Christmas, please allow up 7 – 10 working days)

Complete bikes express delivery – 1-3 working days (peak season i.e Christmas, please allow up to 3-5 working days)

Returns

We are happy to exchanged and refund any faulty or unsuitable items purchased from deadsailorbmx.co.uk for up to 28 days from the original purchase date.
Products must be in the unused condition that you received them and in the original box and packaging.
The 28 days returns policy does not apply to items that are faulty and are dealt with in accordance to manufacturer warranties.
