Federal Command ICS2 Frame. The new Command frame is back and better than ever! The Federal Command frame has the shortest possible chainstays (12.5”) in the Federal range and now uses the V2 ICS wishbone to make it even lighter than the V1. This will still allow riders to use a 2.5” tyre. This frame has been designed to keep the cost down yet still affordable while maintaining the strength and quality that Federal is known for. The frame uses 4130 Chromoly with a heat-treated head tube, BB and dropouts.
